“GET BRAVE” BEGINNING ARM BALANCES
Balancing on your hands can be one of the most empowering and exhilarating aspects of your yoga practice…unless you find arm balances uncomfortable or scary. In this beginning arm balance workshop, we will deconstruct and demystify the postures to establish a strong and confident foundation for a lifelong, rewarding arm balance practice
.
“GET BRAVER” INTERMEDIATE ARM BALANCES & TRANSITIONS
Once you are comfortable on your hands, there is a whole world of possibilities to play with from there. In this workshop, we will learn how to transition between arm balances and inversions, experimenting with all the creativity that yoga has to offer.

“BUILD A BEND” BACKBENDS
Starting with the foundations and working up to the more complex and challenging bends, this workshop will be a huge treat for you and your spine. Get ready to extend your spine and open your heart, deeply and smartly to optimize your practice.

“LIVING OFF THE WALL” HANDSTANDS
In this workshop, we will focus on helping people who can already kick up into handstand at the wall to derive the strength, balance and confidence to shift their handstand practice to the middle of the room. Getting off the wall in handstands can seem really intimidating, but Shana will help demystify handstands and the dynamics behind them to help you overcome your fear of freestanding.

“FLYING HIGH” ADVANCED HANDSTANDS
For those who are very comfortable kicking up into handstands, this workshop will take you to the next level. We will explore presses and jumps to shift our handstand practice into a more fun and challenging space. Most of the workshop can be done in front of a wall if necessary.

“HIP HIP HOORAY!” HIP OPENERS
Our hips are our emotional center for past trauma and stress. In this workshop, we will explore how to open our hips, not just for a more efficient body, but healthier, more stable emotions. No matter how tight or open your hips are, this will be a valuable workshop for going deeper.
